Conference Fees and Registration

Eligibility

Directions 2010 attendance is restricted to Microsoft employees and employees of Microsoft Registered, Certified or Gold Partners who are either ISV's or otherwise authorized to sell and/or support Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Individuals who do not meet the above criteria cannot be permitted to register for this conference. If you register for this conference and do not meet the eligibility requirements stated above, you will forfeit the registration fee.

Conference Cancellation Policy

Conference cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email and sent to marci@escapadeproductions.com. Cancellation notification received on or before midnight PST, Friday, September 3, 2010 to receive a refund less a $100 service charge. Cancellation requests received after midnight PST, September 3, 2010, and event no-shows will be ineligible for a refund. Transfer of the registration fee to the next year is not permitted.

Substitutions

Your Directions 2010 registration can be changed to another attendee by emailing marci@escapadeproductions.com, prior to noon PST, Sunday, October 3, 2010. The substitution request must be received in writing for the change to be confirmed.

Spouses/Guests

We are delighted to offer guest passes to Directions 2010 social events. Guests are encouraged to join in the fun and tickets may be purchased online or at the event; unless the event(s) sells out. Please note that Directions 2010 guests must be 21 years or older to attend any conference event. The guest pass entitles the holder to admission to all three Directions 2010 evening events listed below.

• Welcome Reception and Expo, Sunday, October 3rd
• Expo Cocktail reception, Monday, October 4th
• Partner Celebration at the House of Blues, Tuesday, October 5th
